Bought AirPods Pro 2 from Someone else online

Hi, I recently bought an AirPods Pro Gen 2 from someone off the internet and it seems like the Noise Cancellation is not working. Can I send it for repair? I don’t have Apple’s original receipt. Please help

"Bought AirPods Pro 2 from Someone else online: Hi I appreciate your reply, apparently seller sent me his warranty status, I’ve check the serial number and it seems to be legit (on Apple Website) but seller lost the original receipt. can I still send in for repairs?

Getting this Repaired without a Receipt:

No: You don’t need to receipt to get this serviced.

If you desire to get a receipt, contact Apple, seeing if they can provide you with a receipt.

The price to get this serviced is based off of the Serial Number, and the hardware status of the piece that needs to be replaced.

If this were me, however, I’d just avoid the hassle of troubleshooting it. I’d return it, and get a new pair. You should coder the same.

  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Return These.

Seems you've been scammed (though, a full-assumption, on my part). So, whatever Web site these were purchased from (i.e. eBay or Amazon), contact the site, asking how you can request a return. If eBay, then contact them, asking if the seller is held accountable and if you can get your money back. All another reason not to purchase Apple Products from online sources.
