When I go to the Settings app and click on my profile picture, beneath my name shows my email, but it is wrong. But when I click on “Name, Phone Numbers, Email”, it shows that my email is actually right. I typed the wrong letter during the stages of setting up my phone, and now when I use “Continue with Apple” on apps, it tells me to log into the app with the wrong email. Also, it shows that my apple ID email is the wrong email. How do I fix this?

You could try logging in to your Apple ID account online, and checking if the details are correct there.
Apple ID sign-in webpage:
If needed: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support
You can also change the eMail address that is used as your Apple ID online if you wish:
(Allow 24 hours for the change to be reflected wherever it is used.)
