I haven’t used my Apple Watch in years and recently started working out and wanted to use the fit app on the watch to help me calculate my calories and time. Although when I tried connecting my Apple Watch with my phone it doesn’t let me get passed Apple Watch locked to owner. It’s saying to input the ID and Password, but I forgot which ID and Password it is. I need help with this
