iCloud doesn't work with my AppleTV device

after several years I have disconnected the device to the power and once restarted the device cannot accept my iCloud account . a message says that its impossible to get the connection because "iCloud is not configured for this account" . I use the same iCloud account for other hundred application and really a don't know how to move on . someone can help me ?

What is your model Apple TV box?

Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Find your Apple TV model number - Apple Support


If it is 2nd or 3rd generation [A1378, A1427, or A1469], then consider that there have been a few changes to iCloud that may affect this.

  1. My Photo Stream has been discontinued for all users.
  2. Advanced Data Protection for iCloud as an account property may invalidate some iCloud services on devices with older software.
