I am trying to update my iPad to iOS 14.0. How do I do that?

If your unit is currently on 9.3.6, 10.3.4, or 12.5.7, it's not capable of 13 or above; most of those on 9.3.5 and 10.3.3 also fall into this category. Otherwise, follow the instructions in the Related Article above or use a computer, you'll only be able to install the one displayed.
