What TCP service do I need to keep
I have account with Fing that list all of my TCP services and allows you to keep and delete what you want

Basically, you should not turn off any of the TCP services that are embedded in macOS. That said, you may not even be able to do so even if you try.
What is your reason for wanting to disable/delete certain TCP services?
Unless you're using them, they just sit there doing nothing.
Most likely Fling is trying to give you options that are not really necessary just to make their app seem better, faster, more user customizable and etc.
It's somewhat like seeing a list of networks when you open your internet signal strength icon. All those networks don't do anything for you until you connect. But until then, they're just a list of names. They might have future potential uses though.
Same for TCP items. There for your future use for whatever reason ... if you ever decide to implement something that requires TCP.
