Показывает в настройках 97 процентов, через сторонние приложение показывает скачущие значения ~90.7- 91.5 % (пробовал несколько приложений)

Cycle count has no bearing on battery health.
All apps can give varying results as they likely all have different algorithms. Personally I rely on Apple's numbers.
Regardless of who you believe, Apple advises you replace the battery when remaining capacity drops to 80%.
I tend to believe Apple as it's their battery and their circuitry.
The best you can do is turn optimization on and leave it on. The battery and its circuitry will manage the battery far better than any human.
How a given battery degrades over time is unique to that battery. There's not really anything you can do to enhance battery life other than letting it take care of itself.
