I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your iPhone 12's screen dimming and restarting. It's good that you have already tried force restarting your phone and updating to the latest iOS version. Since you have already turned off auto-brightness, it's possible that the issue could be related to a hardware problem or a faulty sensor. One thing you could try is to reset all settings on your iPhone, which can sometimes help resolve software-related issues. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will reset all your settings back to their default values, but will not delete any of your data or media. If resetting the settings doesn't help, you may need to contact Apple support or take your phone to an authorized service provider to have it checked for any hardware issues. They can run diagnostics on your phone to determine if there is a problem with the sensor or any other hardware component that might be causing the issue. I hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
