I tried turning them off and on and disconnecting my Beats from other devices but it doesn't solve the issue. I had the same problem with my Bose headphones for two years and could never connect them.

Single-Out this User:
Create new administrator user, seeing if you can get it to connect with it. IF so, it is an issue with you currently-installed User. If not, then it is an issue with your entire macOS.
