Hey WRRRRYYYYY,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
If you haven't already, we recommend starting the computer. Restarting has been known to resolve software related issues. If you're unsure of how to restart your Windows PC, here's an article from Microsoft Support that provides those steps: Restart (reboot) your PC - Microsoft Support. The steps are for Windows 10. If you have a different Windows OS, we suggest reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance with restarting.
If restarting doesn't help, make sure your Windows PC software is up-to-date as well as iTunes. To check for Windows updates, follow the steps here: Get the latest Windows update. To manually update, follow the steps in the section labeled "Things to note". Keep checking until there are no updates available.
Here's the article to ensure iTunes is up-to-date: Update iTunes on PC.
Here's an article that may also have helpful information: If you have problems playing music in iTunes on PC.
Hope this helps. Take care.
