Wallet no longer works
I’m checking out at the supermarket with my Apple Watch, click the stem twice and the music app appears and starts playing. Worked fine until a couple of days ago. Have no idea what’s going on.

With watchOS 9, you need to double-click the Side Button, not the Digital Crown, to access Wallet.
