Realtek audio driver for Macbook

Where can i find Realtek Audio driver for Macbook air 8,1 retina (2018) intel. For Windows 10

I need to install realtek, but it won't start without a driver. Realtek itself is needed in order for the sounds to be without background noise

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.2

if you boot into macOS then you can use the bootcamp tool to make an usb stick with all the bootcamp drivers that is the way to get the best realtek supported driver
