iphone xr keyboard problem: I can't use i
my XR sw keyboard is not working properly. I can't use the i and 8 signs unless I turn the device a quarter turn. Have done a hardware reset and power off/on but problem remains.

It's always bad news when that happens. You can have it repaired at a third party store but the faceID will no longer work and you risk the cameras not working. So Apple screen replacement or a new phone!
