Problems viewing Mailchimp editor

Not sure what to do here, I created a Mailchimp campaign in my account in July and have come to launch it this month (end Aug/Sep) and when I go into the editor, all my images are blank squares with a question mark in them. Like this below.

NOTE: I am not talking about what I can view in my email - that is different - this is in the Mailchimp editor itself.

It is affecting all my Mailchimp accounts, not just this one. I have tried rebooting and all the usual things you do. I have been on to Mailchimp and weirdly, when I screen shared what I could see, they could see images at their end, even though they were supposedly viewing MY screen.

I have logged onto my phone and used the Mailchimp app and the images are visible, so it just appears to be affecting my Mac.

It is a real problem because I use Mailchimp for work and I currently cannot do anything with it. Mailchimp have washed their hands of the problem because it seems to be my computer that is the problem.

Can anyone suggest what I can do to fix this? I have a MacBook Pro, using Ventura 13.5.1

This is occurring on Safari and Chrome web browsers.

This would suggest that the images have been moved so the Wix editor can't see or display them. Perhaps they are on your desktop?

That is, indeed, very weird! They were probably looking at the public-accessible version rather than your Wix version. That said, you said it worked on your phone!

Do you have any ad blockers installed on Safari and Chrome? Since you are developing an ad campaign, you obviously can't run any ad blockers. And if the problem is in Safari, you can easily use the Web Inspector to find out what the problem is.

I am having the exact same problem, for months now. Started also at the same time as it did for you. It will not work on Chrome either. Do we have a solution yet. I'm having to use someone else's computer at work. It's a pain.

Have you published the (faulty) page? If so, does the live version display correctly?

If the live version fails, too, (and assuming it's OK on this forum to publish the web address) can you provide the web page so we can check it this end?

Remember: only give the web address, not your user name and password on Wix!!

I am also having an issue with mailchimp since upgrading both my iMac and MacBook Air to Ventura. I am on with mailchimp support and they have tried everything to no avail. Anyone come up with a fix? I'm really stuck here.

That’s what I was initially using when I encountered the issue and lost my whole campaign. I tried safari as well. Switched computers, networks, cleared caches, everything I could. Still encountering glitches. Worried I’ll complete again and lose.
