So I can’t update my iPad because the prompts keep going to a lost phone

Which I removed from the account, find my, and family sharing. Yet after the password and passcode it insists on sending the prompt to the lost phone to fully sign in. My options appear to be no more updates or reset the keychain and loose all the passwords that the lost phone had. And Further I don’t want to sign out and lose the new ones I made recovering account’s because I don’t think they will save with the keychain off. Is there anywhere else I can view my keychain? Or another step to remove the lost phone so the prompts to the either stop handicapping me? Ios16
