It’s impossible for us to say remotely, although they are generally pretty rugged devices.
The actual “charger” is built-in to your iPad/iPhone so you’re still reasonably safe using it.
As it appears to be working for you; at worst the electronics supporting the higher-speed charging modes might have only been affected (if at all).
It charges from 24 to 54 in 1 hour so pls tell me if damaged
You have a 28 Watt-Hr battery and a 20 Watt power supply.
So you’re adding about 8 Watt-Hours to the battery in about an hour.
That might seem a bit slower that one might expect given the low’ish battery starting state of charge.
BUT charge rate is affected by a LOT of other factors. (Temperature, Battery Health, Cable Quality, Other Power Demands by the device, … etc. )
If there is no obvious physical damage beyond cosmetic scuffs - and the Power Adapter continues to operate and charge your iPad as expected, your should have no immediate cause for concern.
However, if the Power Adapter's casing has any cracks, splits or more obvious damage, you must replace it.

No one here can tell you if it's damaged or not. If you are uncomfortable using it buy a new one.
