Apple account balance disabled
I tried to buy an Apple Watch with my account balance however the order was cancelled and the balance was frozen. I have made so many calls with apple support in the last few days but no one can solve the problem. In the last call, a senior advisor told me that the engineering department was working on my issue and I would get an email telling me that I could use my balance in 24 hours. However 72 hours has passed, I am still waiting for this email. Please help me solve the problem ASAP. The balance is a lot money to me.
