No "people" tab in find my app

Hi i bought my iphone in south korea where you cant locate your friends in find my app due to their laws and privacy policy. Im back in my home coutry now and i was wondering if there is a way to bring this function back. I have already tried reinstalling the app but with no results.

Location services What does it mean when there is a filled purple arrow next to "Find my iPhone" when looking in: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services - when I have not used find my iPhone recently? Is this the same app used for my friends to see my shared location? Does it just mean one of them looked to see my location recently? Or is the app continuously checking my location when I don’t use it?

I am unable to stop sharing location on Find My iPhone When I go to click on the people tab and click on someone to stop sharing my location there isn’t an option to do that. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Sorry, but you will not be able to change the fact that the phone was purchased in South Korea.
