AppleMusic while vacationing in Japan

How can a US Apple Music subscriber get full service, that is, access to the same music and their playlists, while vacationing for 2 weeks in Japan?

Problems with Apple music in Ukraine (different providers) both on Ios (Ipados) and even on Android Problems with Apple music in Ukraine (different providers) both on Ios (Ipados) and even on Android Lately (last week mostly, maybe more) apple music working with lags, songs may jump to another song but its not fully shown in the playlist (some delay) also songs sometimes fail to load (error 1) Compared to google music this is looks like real bad (I pay for both subscriptions) Please fix this... You can try to use it as you usually would, but noting this proviso in the terms:

Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions - Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple

- "Our Services are available for your use in your country of residence (“Home Country”).

And: "Certain Services and Content available to you in your Home Country may not be available to you when traveling outside of your Home Country."
