I just bought a brand new Apple iPhone 14 pro max and it won't send text messages to non-iphones? I've checked all my settings, restarted my phone and am connected to both wifi and cellular? Any idea as to what's wrong?

Contact your carrier’s tech support and ask them to re-provision your SMS/MMS service. For some reason Verizon and a couple of other carriers get the settings wrong when first authorizing an iPhone 14.
