Brand new iPhone 14 battery rubbish

I received a new iPhone 14 last week because my old iPhone 11 battery wasn’t holding charge as well as I wanted. Well since I’ve got the 14 it’s worse! Battery is absolutely rubbish. From 100% at 9am to 20% at 4.30pm and it’s hardly been used as I have my iPad and I haven’t received any phone calls either. Any ideas please, I’ve switched 5g off are there any other battery saving tips please as I’m beginning to wish I’d keep my old iPhone 11 😫

Something to keep in mind, is that if you had an issue with battery life on your old device, and you restored your new device from a backup from that device, there's a chance whatever issue was happening could have came over.
