I bought an iPhone from facebook it got shipped to me i just turned it on and its locked to owner i cant get ahold of the person

Iphone xs locked to owner bought off of fb tried to call said owner no response

Authorization lock cannot be turned off without assistance from the previous owner. See: Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
