AF History shows No Data

I recently got my elderly Dad an Apple Watch Series 5 to track his AF history. Watch and phone both have up to date software.

AF History is turned on in Health. Watch is not on low power mode but, after two weeks of monitoring, it still shows No Data.

He is wearing the watch about 22 hours per day and manually recording an ECG works fine.

He lives a long way from me so I'm trying to provide remote support without hands on the phone or watch.
