I have synced videos from my computer unto the iPad through iTunes.But I can’t access it on my iPad.Which app on my iPad will let me access my videos uploaded from the computer through iTunes.
Synced Videos that are stored in iTunes should may appear in the TV App in Library, under Home Videos usually.
If you are trying to share the videos as shown in the support document you posted from, they'll be in whatever app you transferred the videos to there.
