Hi fdormoy,

We'd like to share a resource that might help If your iCloud Photos aren't loading on your PC. This might help you as a start:

"How do I see the status of my upload or download?

You can add iCloud for Windows to your status bar to see the progress of your iCloud uploads and downloads. Click the iCloud icon in the Windows Notification Area on your PC. You might need to click Show hidden icons in the Notification Area to see iCloud."

You might also double-check by signing into the iCloud website using a web browser on your PC. If you see the photos there or not will help to determine what other options could be available: iCloud

Take care.

I had ICloud for Windows in the status bar. I clicked in it (as you suggested), but the only thing it shows is the Icloud Photo folder contents. Here again I can see the list of photos taken with my Iphone until July 25, and all the more recent photos are not there. I checked with my ICloud account under Photos, and these recent photos are there, but something prevents them to be synchronized with the PC folder

Perhaps There should be a way to make a Refresh to make it sync with the Cloud (force sync)...

But I cant find this possibility.
