During the initial setup of the iPhone 13, you were asked if you wanted to use a backup from another phone to restore data to the iPhone 13. See example below.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
If you skipped this step, you will need to erase your iPhone 13 and then start over again from the "hello" screen. Watch carefully for the option to use a backup to transfer data to the new iPhone 13.
