Suddenly from two days ago, my workouts don’t finish even after I push the “end” button on my Apple Watch SE.
In order to get the green sensor light to switch off I have to force restart my watch.
Are there any known bugs or fixes for this?

If you already tried the restart the next thing to do is unpair it and set it up as a new watch (don't restore the backup) You will only lose the saved faces and some preferences
