No one here, nor at Apple can help you. You bought a used iPhone, which is activation locked. It was likely a stolen phone as most situations like this are. If you can't reach who sold you the phone or get your money back, you own a useless device you can never own, which is unfortunate, but again, no one but whoever originally locked the phone can help you. Recycle the phone responsibly if you can't get the seller or previous user to unlock the phone.

To remove Activation Lock without the previous owner, you can:

  1. Contact Apple Support: Provide proof of purchase and your device's serial number to verify ownership.
  2. Use the original owner's Apple ID: If possible, contact the previous owner to remove the lock remotely via iCloud.
  3. Apple Store: Visit an Apple Store with proof of purchase for assistance.

Unauthorized methods are not recommended as they may be illegal or damage the device.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.

How do I remove activation lock on my iPad

Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature. There are only a few ways to remove it, and they all involve showing some evidence that you are the iPad's owner.

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

If you are the owner, you can enter your Apple ID and Apple ID password, as requested. If you are the owner and are unable to do that, but have proof of original purchase from Apple, showing not just the device's model, but its serial number, you can file an Activation Lock support request.

If the iPad belonged to a relative who died, the executor / administrator of the state may be able to convince Apple to remove Activation Lock. Apple will require and verify proper legal documentation.
