My Apple Store is saying iTunes and App Store disabled

When I go to download or update on my App Store it’s saying my account as been disabled in iTunes and App Store

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
