Why does my M1 Mac get slow again soon after restarting? EtreCheck report included

My Mac mini has started to run rather slowly some of the time. Restarting helps for a little while, but it soon slows down again. I have enclosed an EtreCheck report. Any ideas?

Mac mini, macOS 10.13

Uninstall AVG and Trusteer.

3rd party virus apps (Avast, Bitdefender, Intego, MacAfee, Norton, ESET NOD32 etc) and 3rd party "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up" apps (CleanMyMac, MacKeeper etc) produce only obscure errors and money loss.
