Strange network problem

Hello,

I'm using a MacBook Pro M1 MAX (16', 2021) with macOS 13.4.1

There is a very strange behavior going on and I have not been able to fix it.

When I'm on my home wi-fi, randomly, programs will hang. For example:

  • Safari will not load any new page. I can quit and restart it, it will not load.
  • Same with Chrome
  • With Mail, starting a new email will show a new window, with no signature, and I can't type in

At first, when this was occurring, I would reboot the MacBook Pro and it would fix it.

But this happens several times a day, so I tried other things.

Finally, I found that if I disable Wi-Fi for 30 seconds, quit all program, enable Wi-Fi again, then the problem will go away temporarily.

The same MacBook Pro, on any other network, does not behave like that!

Also, other devices (including another MacBook Pro and an iPhone) do not behave like that, on the same network.

I really don't understand what's going on and I would like some guidance on how to diagnose and fix this.

I'm wondering if there's another device on my network that could be causing this, but I don't understand what it could be.
