iPhone X stuck on the Apple logo and no computer near by

Hi everyone I really need some help please. My iPhone X got stuck on the Apple logo it keeps popping up and disappearing and at the bottom when it does it a line of light also appears. There's not a single Apple Store near by and I don't know, what to do, i've already I tried volume up button volume down button and power button. I have managed to get it to the support screen but I have no computer just another persons iPhone. Any suggestions would be much appreciated
