You can have it replaced by Apple or an authorized service provider IF they have batteries available.
The 6s Plus is now officially considered “vintage”. It is not entirely out of support yet, but supplies of parts may be limited.
Honestly, I would not consider it worth the cost of replacing the battery. You’re better off to invest in a new phone.
