icloud locked

my account is locked

I was sent instructions to reset the password to my mail which is attached

I only have icloud mail connected.

I can't access this email because iCloud is blocked.

my device is also locked

What do i do

answer this icloud email

If your iCloud account has been locked, then we suggest that you try the steps here: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If you see one of the following messages, your Apple ID automatically locked to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services:
* “This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons”
* "You can't sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons"
* "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons"
You need to reset your password to regain access. Learn how to reset your password


We recommend the steps above because they will show you what to do if your Apple ID is locked.


You also mentioned that your device is locked. If that's the case, then the links below will help you.


If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support


Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support


If you’re still experiencing the same issue, then, we suggest that you contact Apple Support directly so that they can work with you to find a solution.
