Address seems to come from Apple but there som spelling that seems off. Im not very good in english but i can se that some sentences doesn't seem correct.
i already reported to Apple.

That notice is fake. If an Apple ID actually gets locked or disabled, its owner will be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.

check on the on the address that was sent from and usually there is a lot of red flags especially on the spelling or fonts being used.
