I Recently Deleted a phone call that I need to listen to again. It is currently in my recent’s list and I want to retrieve it and listen to it. How do I do that?

Your phone calls aren't recorded and there isn't an option to listen again. If you mean a voicemail, try the following: open the Phone app, tap Voicemail at the bottom right of the screen and see if it displays "Deleted Messages." If so, tap that and then tap the message.
