iCloud storage plan
I want to downgrade my iCloud storage plan from 2TB to 200 GB. But when I choose "200GB" storage option, I can't click on "done" button. Can you help me to downgrade my storage plan?

If the screen says when it'll take effect, wait until then; that button just turns off automatic renewal for the 2TB. Otherwise, or if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
