Apple Mobile Device USB Driver not installing (Windows)

Ive tried uninstalling and installing multiple iTunes Setups, and none comes with the drivers that were supposed to be in \Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers (the "Drivers" folder doesnt exist and isnt created when I install iTunes), I need that driver so that i can update the "MTP USB Device" (which was not supposed to be) to an Apple device so that my iPhone gets recognized by iTunes

I do have the "Apple Mobile Device USB Device" and "Apple Mobile Device USB Composite Device" (https://prnt.sc/QnvEXYPsv9Br) drivers, but only those dont seem to make iTunes recognize my iPhone. I ran iTunes diagnostics and these - https://prnt.sc/eIal0AWinjSx - are the results.

I know i need the Apple "usbaapl64" drivers. But i cant seem to find a way to get those.

iPhone XS, iOS 16

Are you installing iTunes through the Microsoft Store or as a standalone application through Apple? There are slight differences on how the drivers get installed. (Microsoft may provide or rely on its own drivers installed elsewhere in the system.) The general troubleshooting advice when iTunes fails to install properly (and reinstalling or repairing it does not work) is to remove not only iTunes but all related components, reboot, remove the target installation folders and reinstall. What build of iTunes have you installed? Assuming it is a standalone installer (not Microsoft Store) you should see Apple Mobile Device Support in the list of installed software in the programs and features control panel. If AMDS is in place you should have the relevant .inf file installed to update the MTP USB device.

See iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows - Apple Community. You're looking for an inf file in one of these two folders:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers or

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers

If AMDS isn't installed correctly try the Install missing components section of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows update - Apple Community.

I am installing iTunes through standalone application. I did indeed remove all components from apple when uninstalling iTunes (including every thing it installed with it) using Revo Uninstaller and third party clean-up programs to make sure no file created was still there.

Forgot to mention but I did check those links (and some more) before reaching for help. None were help to me unfortunately
