  1. You do not need an Apple Watch to record water-consumption related activities on an iPhone. You can track water consumption and other health-related data directly on your iPhone using the Apple Health app or third-party health and fitness apps.
    1. To track your water intake using the Apple Health app on your iPhone:
    2. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
    3. Tap on the "Browse" tab at the bottom.
    4. Scroll down and select "Nutrition" or "Hydration" (depending on your iOS version).
    5. You should find an option to add your daily water intake. Tap on it and enter the amount of water you've consumed.
  2. Tracking swimming and kayaking activities on an iPhone typically requires the use of a compatible fitness tracker or smartwatch, such as an Apple Watch or a third-party device with swim and water sports tracking capabilities. The iPhone itself may not provide accurate tracking for these activities without additional hardware.
