Stuck in guided access

My iPhone 13 , I believe is currently stuck in guided acess mode. I without knowing what it was accidentally turned it on squiggled all over the phone trying to turn it off (again I was unaware how it worked) and now I cannot use my phone screen at all. The 3x side button click & the 15 sec hold reset are not working. Please help!

Force restart the iPhone / iPad --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
iPhone restarts> Enter Lock Screen Passcode --> Click-> If you forgot the Lock Screen Passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your ...
Then go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Guided Access and change the passcode

Try to triple-click the Side or Home button to end the guided access session on your iPhone. Or you can use iTunes or an iOS system repair tool to get your iPhone out of guided access when your iPhone stuck in guided access. :)
