Apple Music - Can't Download Purchases on my iMac

I've purchased a number of songs lately using one of our other Apple devices. They download just fine to those. However, I would like to download the songs to my iMac (which is up to date). When I click the icon to download the song, a few seconds later I get the error "There was a problem downloading [insert song]. An unknown error occurred (-3201)."

I've restarted my computer, reset my router, etc. I have plenty of storage space (140GB+).

Any suggestions?

Hi Peetem,

Do you run an antivirus on your iMac? Or other software that changes how it connects to the internet? Common examples are VPNs, proxies or a custom firewall.

If so, we'd recommend disabling that software, then try downloading your content again.
