Apple Card foreigner

Hi I wanted to know if it was possible for a not US citizen to get an Apple Card? I’m traveling to the US and want to buy a MacBook Pro for college but as a student it will be more comfortable if I pay monthly but it seems it’s only available for Apple Card.

So I was looking if there was a way for me to get approved on the card or a different way to pay monthly.

For Apple Card, “You must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful resident with a valid, physical U.S. address that's not a P.O. Box. You can also use a military address.“

I’m not aware of any other installment plan currently offered by Apple for Mac purchases. Only via Apple Card.

A bank or other financial institution might offer a monthly plan.
