I’ve tried several different chargers, stand and flat, as well as the charger it came with. I have done the force restart and the green snake appears but it doesn’t seem to be charging anymore

If you already tried all the steps in this link, and the issue persists, we'd recommend trying to force restart your Apple Watch as described here:
Force Apple Watch to restart
If you can’t turn off your Apple Watch or if the problem continues, you may need to force your Apple Watch to restart. Do this only if you’re unable to restart your Apple Watch.
To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
