Thanks Apple Fountain Gate

I bought Apple phone for my son's birthday on 30 August. Till today I couldn't connect it . I called to Apple help. Told clearly I bought Apple watch to my son and he doesn't have iPhone. They told me only TELSTRA,OPTUS AND VODAFONE can use. So I got Optus plan for $40 per month and struggle to connect it to my son's Apple watch. I wasted so many hours to fix with them. But I couldn't. Finally I Went to Apple Fountain Gate Vic (06th SEP)and knew there is another mobile provider for Apple watch for kids. Called TRUPHONE. Very cheap as well. $10 per month. Don't know why APPLE help line guys don't know about it.


After I get TRUPHONE again I stuck to connect to Apple watch because of Optus service was there. So I went to FOUNTAIN GATE APPLE STORE again around 10am. There was a very nice short hair girl and helped me lot and fix it for me. I forgot to take her name because I was very excited. My mistake.She was very nice and very kind for me . Hopefully I go again and get her name.


Thank you very much for APPLE FOUNTAIN GATE. YOU'RE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A GOOD WORKER.
