Camera Unable to connect to Facetime and other Camera apps.

My Macbook air camera is not working. Blank screen. Camera is not working even with any other applications like PhotoBooth, skype or zoom. Camera is not working.

I am using a MaCBook Air M1. 2020.

I am using Ventura. OS.

Received the message: FaceTime has not received any video from the connected camera. Restarting your computer may fix this issue.

Restarting the computer did not work.

Camera is turned on and Apps have permission. Checked.

I tried running the command in terminal:

sudo killall VDCAssistant

but it gave - "No matching processes were found"

Is this a software or hardware issue? How do I resolve this?
