iTunes to Authorize Devices on Apple ID

I've just read that iTunes cannot be downloaded on Monterey 12.6.8. I need a way to access my account settings for Apple ID to authorize all devices to download what has been downloaded on others. I have a Macbook Air 13" 2017 A1466. As google/Apple says to look in my Apple Books, iTunes, Music app do not allow me to authorize all devices. I did have the chance to deauthorize all, thinking that I could just authorize all after, but it does not have this option anymore.

With Macs running Catalina or later, you can use the Music app or the Apple TV app to Deauthorize All. See the following instructions from Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support

If you need to deauthorize a computer that you don't have access to

To deauthorize a computer that you don't have access to, you have to deauthorize all of your computers. Then authorize each computer that you have again. You can deauthorize all computers only once a year.

  1. Open the Apple Music app or Apple TV app.
  2. Choose Account > Account Settings.
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. Forgot your Apple ID?
  4. At the top of your Account Information page, go to the Apple ID Summary section.
  5. Next to Computer Authorizations, click Deauthorize All.
  6. Authorize each computer that you use again.
