My Apple ID got disabled. And I cant reset my password as it keeps saying "This Apple ID is not active" what do I do please?

I was using my iPhone like every other day, and I got a prompt saying I should verify my Apple ID. I don't use my Apple ID password anywhere else, so I entered it a couple of times and then I got an on-screen message saying my identity couldn't be verified. Then It got disabled.


The most frustrating thing is that a couple of months, my sister helped me set up a screen time passcode so I can only use my phone for a specified length of time in a day. And now, she can't remember the screen time passcode.


All I can do right now is use my face ID or phone passcode to unlock my phone, and that's it. I'm blocked from other iCloud features.


Is there a way around this? To maybe reactivate my Apple ID so I can reset my password?


I need help, please. I'm so confused.

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
