I can't enter a new payment method because it is all grayed out I have an Apple iPhone 11.

I am trying to add a new payment method , but the add payment method button is grayed out. it also will not let me delete an old option . what do I need to do?

Then you need to contact App Store support. There’s a link in this article to do just that→Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes
