How do I limit my child's screen time so he can't override the limit?

I set up the limit screen time feature on my child's phone but it looks like she can override this feature when he reaches the limit

Set a passcode for Screen Time and don't give your child the passcode.

Also, don't let her know your Apple ID password, as she can use that to override it.
