Tickets won't download to wallet

I ordered tickets from ASU Gammage website through Ticketmaster. I can get to the tickets through the gammage site, and can get all the way to the point where I click add ticket to my wallet, but it states that ticketmaster uses faceID on all devices signed in with my cox.net address. It okays my faceID and then states that it can't download the ticket to the wallet. Last year, I was able to download all of the tickets to my wallet. I'm not sure what to do at this point. My tickets that I ordered through Ticketmaster directly can download to my wallet. Other apps, like cinema tickets download to the wallet as well. It is just this site. Thoughts about what I should do now?

Hey everybody, I went through all those steps numerous times to no avail. This is not my first rodeo to download tickets into My Wallet through Safari. I don't even think the most intelligent techies could have solved this dilemma for me. After 48 hours, I solved the problem when the ticket site continued to state I must use a mobile device to download the tickets ( while using iPhone 11 Pro Max all along). Long story short, my phone's Safari was acting like a desktop with all my Desktop Favorites downloaded to Safari (so I could refer to them anywhere I wanted). I deleted all the 20+ Favorites and bingo!

I believe you’re saying some but not all tickets ordered through Ticketmaster download to your Wallet (via a Ticketmaster app).

This sounds like a Ticketmaster issue.
